Overview

We need to perform a maintenance upgrade on our main circuit that connects the Greenwich Peninsula to the Internet. This is planned to take place during a maintenance window between midnight and 7am next Wednesday 11th October. The work is scheduled between 1am and 2am and is likely to result in disruption to services for about 20 minutes.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but such upgrades are essential from time to time in order for us to be able to maintain a reliable service and we try to schedule them to affect as few subscribers as possible.

We will monitor the Greenwich network during this time to ensure that services are restored once the maintenance is complete. Should you experience any issues outside this window, please re-boot your router in the first instance and contact us should this not result in restoration of your services.
