We are aware that some customers on the Greenwich Peninsula are having difficulty connecting to the internet. We are investigating and will update shortly.

We have just found out that the reason for this outage is due to a cable break. We are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

The cable is currently being repaired and we are seeing services coming back gradually. We will advise when the repair has been completed. We apologise again for the inconvenience.
