We are aware of an issue with our main connection into the Peninsula which we are investigating.

We have currently migrated services over to our back up circuit and customer connections should start coming back online.

Should you still be without service, please re-boot your routers in the first instance and should that not resolve the issue, contact us at support@purefibre.net.

Our core team have now resolved the service issue to site.

The team have made a routing fix and we believe that services should now be restored.
