We will be carrying out maintenance on the equipment delivering service to the new apartments in the Purcell Apartments/Bradford Tower/Singer Apartments/Northam Tower buildings in Lower Riverside and Prime Point on West Parkside.

This will require a re-boot of our central equipment which will result in a loss of service for about 15-20 minutes for customers in those locations during this maintenance window.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience but these works are necessary to ensure the reliability of our service.
